evaluators section
This section is used to defined FaultScenarioSimulationOutputEvaluator objects.
They are used to evaluate the absolute or relative quality of compensation settings.

There is also a SimulationOutputEvaluator object that is used internally by LightWin to determine if a Fault was correctly fixed.
